This machine is a fully automated production of filter-type elastic mask machine (also known as three-dimensional mask machine, C-type mask machine), including automatic feeding, mask edge welding, folding, ultrasonic fusion, forming and cutting, etc. The entire process is automated, and the output is extremely high.

Mechanical characteristics

Mechanically adjustable parts
The folding part can be adjusted; the pattern of the welding point of the mask body can be specified or designed by the customer; the mask with 1-6 layers of cloth can be made mechanically (active carbon material can be added in the middle); the welding strength can be adjusted.
